Returns & Shipping Policy

Your new spa is backed by a one year warranty on parts beginning from the date of delivery of your spa. We also warranty various components for 1,5 , and 10 years.

This means that if for any reason, a component is not working satisfactorily, or needs to be replaced, we ship these parts to you free of charge.

 Cancellations

You may cancel your hot tub order at any time PRIOR to delivery. We do not allow cancellations after the spa has shipped. If you do not accept shipment of your spa at time of delivery, you are responsible for shipment and handling, and will incur a 30% restocking fee .

Because these spas are of promotional nature, and are greatly reduced in price, we do not accept returns once you have accepted delivery of your spa.

Shipping

Direct 2U Hot Tubs offers curbside shipping, meaning delivery of your spa will be made to your driveway, unless other arrangements have been made upon ordering.

These spas are delivered on trucks with very large trailers up to 56’. Please make sure before shipping is arranged that a truck this size has access to your curbside.

Important

Upon arrival of your spa, please first unwrap your spa and carefully inspect for any damage from delivery. Once you have checked the spa over, please sign the delivery receipt and start enjoying your new spa. If damage has been incurred during the delivery, please call us immediately before signing for your shipment. Most likely, the damages are of aesthetic nature, and can easily be resolved.
